EXPERIENCE

The staff at DEX have over 30 years engineering experience in Local Government and the construction industry.

DEX has a strong knowledge of the process of building and development approval through Council's and all the relevant authorities.

Mike Dutton, the founder of DEX, has had a long involvement in building, development, project management, civil infrastructure, flood protection, assessment, traffic planning and environmental issues in the Kempsey and general Mid-North Coast areas.

He is committed to the Kempsey area as a long time resident, with extensive community involvement and family interests.


Mike has the following qualifications:

• Certfication as a Local Government Engineer in NSW
  
  
• RTA Certified Road Safety Auditor
  
  
• Various certificates in safety, building, management, technical software, etc.
